Our Process
Our natural beef animals go through a three stage feeding program
to ensure their proper development. The program includes a healthy
diet of high quality, locally grown grains and hay.
This "strictly plant based protein diet" is natural for these
animals and they grow at natural rates without the use of added growth
hormones creating a superior grade of beef.
The meat processing is also an integral part of adding to the
quality and value of Boeh Beef.
Our beef is dry aged for 10-14 days to allow the flavor and
tenderness the opportunity to further develop. Once the dry aging
process is complete, the beef is then packaged to your specifications.
No water or coloring is added in the process.
We strongly believe our commitment to this type of beef production
produces a higher quality, healthier, better tasting meat for your
table.
